What does trellis mean?
Agriculturally, a trellis is a structure that lifts a plant or vine off of the ground. In doing so, it relieves the burden on the plant to promote its health.
Metaphorically, a trellis is a structure that often operates in the background of nearly every sphere of life, including the workplace.
The trellises I speak of relieve burdens and cultivate healthy people, processes, and projects.
