Upstream

We’re two weeks into 2024 and some of you may be holding strong to your personal new year’s resolutions. Some of us (like myself) were a little slow getting out of the blocks, but I hit the gym today (no promises about tomorrow). Others might have given up on the idea years ago.

Diet-and-exercise trope aside, I wonder how many business owners and entrepreneurs set corporate new year’s resolutions. The focus is probably less on body image and more on brand image. Maybe it’s time to upgrade technology, improve processes, or hire employees. And all of that sounds great (and necessary), but can I make a bold assertion? It’s probably too far downstream.

It’s entirely possible that you - business leader extraordinaire - may be addressing a symptom, but missing the root cause. Perhaps it’s time to look upstream. By that, I’m talking about organizational health

Whether you’re a big corporation, non-profit, or solopreneur, Trellis Consulting exists to relieve burdens and cultivate health within your company.

For a limited time, I’m offering a free workshop through Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Book a discovery call today and let’s schedule a free workshop for your organization!
